Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support
Our Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support applies exclusively to eligible purchases made directly from SauberZart Authorized Stores. It does not cover accessories or consumables such as filters or brushes. The warranty is valid only for the original owner and product, and is not transferable.

SauberZart warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, provided it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the guidelines in the Owner's Guide. This warranty is subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

What is Covered by This Warranty?

  • The original unit and/or non-wearable parts found to be defective, at SauberZart's discretion, will be repaired or replaced within 12 months of the original purchase date.
  • If a replacement unit is provided, the warranty coverage will not be extended.
  • Replacement accessories will not be covered for replacement again.
  • SauberZart reserves the right to substitute the unit with one of equal or greater value. Return shipping costs for eligible warranty claims will be covered by SauberZart (ground shipping only).

At our option, SauberZart will:

  • Repair the unit using new, like-new, or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the unit with a new or refurbished model with equivalent functions.
  • Offer a refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

What is Not Covered by This Warranty?
SauberZart does not guarantee that the functions of our machines will meet all user requirements. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, or handling as outlined in our product guides and on our website. You are responsible for:

  • Using the unit correctly.
  • Performing routine maintenance.
  • Following all handling recommendations.

Conditions that void warranty coverage include, but are not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, neglect, or disassembly.
  • Damage caused by transportation during returns.
  • Defects due to external factors such as natural disasters, water damage, or extreme conditions.
  • Commercial use or use outside the home.
  • Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized individuals.
  • Products purchased as second-hand or received as gifts.
  • Alterations or tampering with the product.
  • Free or promotional products.
  • Purchases from international markets.

For external power supplies, the following conditions disqualify warranty coverage:

  • Damage due to hard impact, cracks, or severe deformities.
  • Broken power cords or exposed wiring.
  • Using non-original adapters instead of those provided in the original package.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, email contact@sauberzart.de or complete the warranty form on our website. Please provide your order information as proof of purchase.

This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Our products come with guarantees that comply with applicable local consumer laws.
