Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, free returns are available. For changes of mind, returns must be made within 14 days at your expense. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Its 2.5L dust bag needs replacement only every two months, and the 3L water tank supports multiple cleaning sessions, covering up to 2,000 sq ft (150 sq m) per round. The AI-powered obstacle avoidance system identifies over 100 objects, such as wires, shoes, and toys, allowing it to navigate your home seamlessly, even in low light.
